The aim of this article is to examine the role of emotional intelligence and hypocrisy in the effectiveness of the pedagogical process and pedagogical mastery. The difference between emotional intelligence and hypocrisy is discussed.

The research aims at finding the components of emotional intelligence and meaning in life that are interconnected and influence each other. In conclusion, the author claims that managing our own emotions and emotions of others can influence such dimensions of meaning in life as comprehension and significance.

The author complements existing constructs of established phenomena, based on the results of a meta-analysis, analysis of theoretical approaches to studying and working with these phenomena, as well as the practice included work with them in existing organizations.
